What equipment do I need to bring?..
All groups must bring their own equipment. There will be no indoor accomodation.
Cooking can only be done on portable stoves. No wood fires or barbecues are allowed. Bottled gas will be available to buy on site.
Heavy equipment can be sent to the camp earlier by arrangement at the participants expense. Generators are not permissible and there will be no electricity generally available.
Toilets are provided but each group should provide their own washing facilities. Participants should bring their own personal camping equipment.
What is the climate like?
The typical climate for July is hot and sunny, but it can be chilly so proper rainwear and warm clothes are also needed. The day temperature is usually between 30– 35oC
Who can participate?..
It is open to all members of Scout and Guide Associations, Youth Groups and Leaders
How many people?..
2000-3000 Scouts and Guides from all over the world will be participating in this camp. New application can be found in Participation in our web page.
How much does it cost?..
If your registration is completed until 15th March, you will be able to take advantage of the discount and will pay 150 € per person. All above fees include a badge, scarf, handbook and catering.
If you bring 12 scouts, 1 leader position is free
After 15th March 2008, the camp fee will be 175 € per person.

Can I go as a staff member?..
Yes, if you are 16 or over, you can apply to be a member of staff. You could volunteer to help set up the campsite, assist with activities or help to ensure that everyone has a great time by providing adventure and fun to thousands of young people. Camp requires that staff is willing to come early and leave late. Dont forget, being staff is a pleasurable, important task but at the same time it is extremely hard and tiring

Do I have the chance to swim?..
Yes, it is allowed to swim in our completely seperated bay. There are also different kind of water activities in camp. Swimming will be regulated by our security team.
How is the catering?..
Meals during the camp will be provided by a catering company three times in a day. Participants will scan their ID Cards and take their meals.
